About This Event

Wicked is the touring production of the Broadway musical that reimagines the Land of Oz from the perspective of Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West. Based on Gregory Maguire’s novel and featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz with a book by Winnie Holzman, the show brings Broadway-scale sets, costumes, and songs to the Boston Opera House in Boston. It is notable for translating the original Broadway spectacle into large-scale regional and national tours that attract broad audiences.
